Emma’s Blogzzzz :O

In September, I read Join the Club, Maggie Diaz by Nina Moreno. Join the Club, Maggie Diaz is a fiction book about a teenage girl named Maggie Diaz and her wanting to join a club in middle school. She wants to do this because her best friends are busy with their clubs, so Maggie wants something special to her too. What I loved about the book was that she is finding out who she is without her friends and trying new things.

My favorite character is Maggie Diaz because she is hard working. I know this because in the story she says “I plan on not only paying attention, but on raising my hand and participating, taking notes in a readable handwriting, and getting way better grades that will prove to my mom how responsible and capable I am now.” This shows that she is hard working because she is saying how she will accomplish her goals and be successful.

My favorite quote from the book is on page 62, “‘…Seventh grade is all about figuring out who we are.’” This is my favorite quote because it is relatable and is talking about how middle school is where we figure out who we are and what we want to be in the future.

If I could live in any movie I would want to live in the movie “Across the Spider-Verse”. I would want to live in that movie because I could then get bit by a spider and turn into spider girl. I could save the world and swing around with my spiderwebs. I would want to live there because then I could help the police get bad guys. It also would be really cool because then I could become friends with Gwen Stacy and Miles Morales (two of the main characters). Thank you for reading my blog!

The thought of my favorite meal that makes my mouth water. What my favorite meal would be is delicious ramen with an egg, sewed, and pork in it. For my side dish I would have soup dumplings and sushi. For my drink I would have Ramune (Japanese drink) and for my dessert I would have a pretzel and kladkaka (a Swedish dessert). This was my favorite meal and thank you for reading my blog. 🙂

If I could design my home it would be a modern home. I like wondering homes because they look nice and pretty. I would want it to be white and black to make it look clean and fresh. In my modern home I would want all the bedrooms to be master bedrooms and all bedrooms would have connecting bathrooms. I would have a gorgeous big kitchen with a modern fridge. In my modern home I would have a bowling room, a movie room, and a gaming room to make sure there is always something to do. My home would have a big living room with a big TV to relax. There would be a spa room, so you can relax whenever you want and have the time of your life. Then in the end of every day I would have a big comfy bed to sleep in.

Hello my name is Emma and I’m excited to go to Japan and see all the amazing stuff there! The first reason I’m excited to go there is because all the gorgeous lighting at night.
