If I could have any job in the entire world, I would be an interior designer. I would be an interior designer because I’ve always wanted to be an interior designer and I love designing rooms because it’s fun. I like to design stuff and I love to redo my room to make it more me. I’m going to paint two of my walls in my room, and I’m so excited cause I’ve wanted to paint my walls for a long time to make my room represent me more. I love painting and decorating, so doing that as my job would make me so happy. I also could make other peoples dream rooms come true which would be so fun cause then you can see their reactions and see how it makes them happy. I would love to be an interior designer. In February I read Diary of a Wimpy Kid Dog Days by Jeff Kinney. This book is about a kid named Greg Heffley and him getting through the summer. What I loved about this book is that it’s funny and makes me want to read more and more. My favorite character is Greg’s brother, Rodrick, because he is funny. Rodrick is also irresponsible. I know this because in the book it says “…I’m pretty sure Rodrick hadn’t fed his fish or cleaned the bowl once. I think Rodrick’s fish was living off of the algae growing on the glass.” This shows he is irresponsible because if he was responsible the bowl would be clean and Rodrick would feed the fish everyday. My favorite quote is “Rodrick liked the animal name idea, and he said we should call the dog turtle ‘turd for short’.” This my favorite quote from the book because it’s funny how Rodrick said they should call it turd for short. If I was invisible for 24 hours I would probably just prank my family for the whole day. I would prank my family because it would be so funny and so much fun to watch them get scared. My first victim would be my brother because it’s pretty hard to scare him. I would take objects around his room and start moving them in the air, so he would think there is a ghost in his room. Then I would go and prank my dad and make creeping noises around the house so he would wonder what’s going on and then he would walk to the sound and I would play I really scary loud sound so he would get terrified. Then I would go opening and closing drawers and cabinets in the kitchen so my mom would see it and would get scared. Then my whole family would be scared and then the next day they will tell me the house is haunted and then I’ll tell them it was all me. Thank you for reading my blog!

Life on my abandoned island is lonely. When I wake up in the morning, the first thing I do is go and find some breakfast. I usually eat berries that I find in the woods. Then I go and find something to entertain me so I go and swim in the water. After that I go and run around in the woods and make things out of what’s in the nature. There is not much to do on the abandoned island, but I always find something to do in the woods. Next I went and watered my crops, so I don’t have to just eat berries. At lunch I ate some lettuce and tomato’s. After my lunch I go and pick some flowers to make time go by faster. After I pick some flowers I like to put them in a basket so I can have them as decoration. Then I go to the woods again for something else to do. I usually just make a basket from the nature when I go to the woods. After it’s dinner time and I went to go hunt for some meat. I found a dear and killed it with a spear I made. Then I cook the dear meat using my fire pit. After my dinner I get pretty tired so I go to my bed and call it a day. Thank you for reading my blog!

Last Sunday I had SO much fun. First, I woke up and got ready for my half brother, his wife, and their baby, Hudson (my nephew), to come over. Hudson is four months old. When I was waiting for them to come over I got to play some video games. Once they came they had to feed Hudson and calm him down. After my dad got to hold Hudson, I got to hold him! When I was holding him I read him a book and he loved it. Then my half sister in law took him so I could eat lunch. After lunch I got to hold Hudson before I left for my friends birthday party. Once I got to my friends birthday party we went to the pool. We were at the pool for a little bit and it was so fun! Then we went to her house again and she opened presents. After the presents we went in her backyard. In her backyard we did a game. The game was she asked us questions about her and in the end whoever gets the most right got a Starbucks gift card! Sadly I didn’t win but that’s ok cause it didn’t really matter to me if I won or not. After the game we just hanged out in the backyard. Then it was time for some cake! She doesn’t really like cake so we had this Swedish treat called kladkaka (which is a chocolate, fudge, kind of like a brownie dessert) with ice cream on top. After eating we just spent the rest of our time together running around and hanging out in her backyard. When I got home I played Fortnite with some of my friends. Thank you for reading my blog!

The book I read for January was Diary of a Wimpy Kid The Last Straw by Jeff Kinney. It’s about Greg Heffley and him living his everyday life and trying his best to fit in. He has to struggle and make sure Greg’s brother, Rodrick, doesn’t ruin school for him. What I loved about the book is that its exiting and always making you exited to read what will happen next. My favorite character is Greg because he is lazy and not hard working that it’s funny. Greg is lazy and I know this because on page 24 he was sitting on the couch eating cereal when the remote to the tv was on the table right next to him and it says “I tried using the force to make the remote levitate to me…Today I tried for about fifteen Mounties and concentrated REALLY hard, but no luck.” This shows he is lazy because he could have just reached over and grabbed the remote. My favorite line from the book is when Greg and Rowley (his best friend) were trying to dig a hole and it says “He couldn’t really make any progress, either, but I gave him an extra-long turn so he could feel like he was contributing to the project.” (Page 32) It’s my favorite line because its funny how Greg says he made Rowley do longer turns just so he feels like he’s contributing but he’s really just doing that so he can have a longer break. I loved this book so much for its humor and its characters.

The quote I picked was “Happiness can be found even in the darkest times, when one only remembers to turn on the light” -Dumbledore. I picked this quote because it’s saying how even if it’s a terrible day, you can always make it better by doing a good thing. I like this quote because like you can make people feel better or make yourself feel better when you’re having a bad day. You just have to always think positive and always try to be on your happy side. Thank you for reading my blog!

Somebody I look up to as my hero is my brother. He’s my hero because he is always nice to me and always trying to make me happy when I’m sad. He always cares about me and hugs me and shows love to me when I am sick or injured. My brother is my best friend and I have always looked up to him. If someone is mean to me he will always defend me. I love when he jokes around with me and teases me. He veils always be my hero. Thank. You for reading my blog!

The book I read in December is “Diary of a Wimpy Kid, Rodrick Rules” by Jeff Kinney. It’s about a kid named Greg and he’s going into a new school and he wants to keep the summer in the past, but his big brother, Rodrick, knows Gregs secret from the summer and is using it as an advantage. I loved this book because there is always some suspense and always has you wondering about what will happen on the next day. My favorite character is the mom because she’s always upbeat and always being goofy and fun. One of the mom’s character trait is upbeat and I know this because in the book it says, “… things were looking pretty good up until Rodrick’s drum solo. That’s when mom started dancing.”(203) This shows she is upbeat because she is being all cheerful and jumping around and dancing, while showing support to her son playing the drums. My favorite line from the book is when Greg says, “You’re gonna grow up and get married to some ice cream! Ha!”(110) This is my favorite because this is from when he was a little kid and someone said a joke to him saying “Do you like ice cream?” “Yeah!” “Then why don’t you marry it?”(109) Then after that he tried it on someone else and he messed it up. I liked it because it was funny and silly.

I picked the word organization because for the new year I want to work on organizing my room better. I want to work on putting my stuff in the right place and stop putting random things on my desk to the point my desk is covered with random things. I want to clean my room a little better so there aren’t random things on my shelf’s. I also need to organize my closet because I need to put clothes in the right place and try not to just throw my clothes on the for of my closet. I also need to stop putting my sweatshirts on my beanbag when I’m not using them. Lastly I need to organize my desk shelf because there are a bunch of random papers that I don’t need. I’m going to work on organizing everything in my room this year and I’m going to make sure I work hard to make this happen. Thank you for reading my blog!
